Opening in September 2007, Ray of Sunshine Sitting Service Registry of Smith County, Inc. is one of the newest additions to the Ray of Sunshine family. We are excited to bring the business mission of this client-directed, non-medical registry service to East Texas. Our goal is to help people cope with life in a dignified and meaningful way while providing referrals for compassionate care in their home or other facilities.

Our #1 principle is to honor God by providing leadership, integrity and excellent service to our community. The values set forth in the Bible are the standards of our business decisions. Our clients will be put first in our priorities and our decision making.

Owned and operated by Donna & Tom Gordon and Meghan & Will Boyd, we have extensive experience in understanding the care needed for clients.

Donna and Tom are both licensed nursing facility administrators with over 19 years experience. Tom is also an R.N. in the hospital setting. They understand the challenges of providing quality care for seniors and the difficult decisions a family must make. They have resided in Smith County for 15 years.

Meghan is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and is focused on providing quality care to clients. Both she and Will respect the special needs of each client and strive to offer our referral services in a professional and compassionate manner. They have lived in the area for 12 years.

Ray of Sunshine Sitting Service Registry of Smith County Inc. is a client directed, non-medical registry and is a trusted resource for referring caregivers. All caregivers on our registry are carefully pre-screened including background checks and credential verification.
